Where ΦA and ΦB ranges match (12u201315 through 27u201330): C = 180 mm, D = 92 mm, E = 82 mm. All other combinations: C = 198 mm, D = 107 mm, E = 85 mm. The datasheet lists two identical rows for ΦA 36u201339 / ΦB 36u201339; both are shown as in the source.
